The Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) grapes are quality-selected from our best-performing vineyards in the Monti Lessini area, at elevations of 400-600 metres.

A generous bouquet offers inviting impressions of fruit-filled pastries, dried fruit, and hazelnut.
It is rich and luscious on the palate, with a soft, creamy progression that finds its fitting conclusion in a refined, near-endless finish.
Vinification and maturation
The clusters are pressed whole very gently, and only the first fraction of the juice, the free-run must, is dedicated to making the base wines. After an initial maturation in steel comes the definitive moment: our winemakers, using the sum of their skills and expertise, assemble the final cuvée, which is then bottles. The wine then undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, the heart of the classic method, where it rests sur lie for a minimum of 120 months.
